'* This Beautiful Night *~' Poem by Thad Wilk

'* This Beautiful Night *~'

Rating: 2.7

This beautiful night ~

The moon above is softly glowing as the
clouds go flowing by.
The stars they all beam and in their gleam
''your beauty alone'' is what catches my eye

This beautiful night ~

The fireflies are glowing and the crickets
are crooning - Their love songs are everywhere
All that I hear are our whispers of love. There
is no other sound to compare

This beautiful night ~

As I hold you tight, your love is all I desire
One kiss only from your sweet lips. Sparks
a flame that turns into fire.

This beautiful night ~

T'would never seem right without you in my
arms as I hold you tight. The moon would
not glow and the stars above no longer
would shine as they do. No longer would
There be all this beauty I see - without you...

Romanticism appears to be your 'cup of tea' leading my mind both to the Taj Mahal - the love monument at Agra - and to the Taj brand of tea! A superb poem once again.

Much true when someone speaks abt his/her loved ones.....nicely penned... T'would ne'er seem right, were (you) not With me standing there Th' stars would not shine an' th' birds No longer would sing - Without us (you an' me) An' our love meant to be - That we share................10+
