Thin Lines Poem by Danni Scott

Thin Lines

Rating: 4.0

Love – Magical and overwhelming
It can hurt you so much,
Or leave you with the best feeling in the world.

Hatred – Changes your view about the world around you
It can easily hurt you and others around you
Or you can throw away bonds that will take years to mend

There is the thinnest of lines between love and hatred,
If you want love, you don’t need hatred
But there is always the possibility of love turning into hatred.
So be careful, you never know what is going to happen to you
But don’t hide yourself away,
The thrill of love is greater than the pain of hatred.
