[They drink champagne in river valleys] Poem by Gabrielė Labanauskaitė

[They drink champagne in river valleys]

They drink champagne in river valleys
And bubbles rise in river valleys to the top
They turn the other cheek in river valleys
In river valleys they forget it all and stop.

In river valleys trips are your companions
In river valleys acid enfolds you
In river valleys it comes to the surface
Thought labyrinths lurk in river valleys…
Mirages loom in river valleys…
In river valleys, in river valleys
