These Storms Poem by ESPN CHICK

Its been a long rough road in my life
But I've made it through all these storms
As if they never did happen
I try to never let it show because I swear to myself that I'm alright

I keep telling myself that lie
And I've gotten where I believe almost everything I say
Because nobody else is saying anything at all

I'm making it past these storms
Its been rocky its been tough
I've gotten drenched in these tears
But I'm doing alright

I'm doing okay
These storms are nothing I can't handle
They are passing over me one by one

I'm still here as you can tell
I'm doing okay these storms hasn't destroyed me yet
I swear these storms are getting weaker and weaker
Either that or I'm getting stronger

But that doesn't matter
Because I've made it through these storms
I've made it out alive through the prayers

Its been long and rough
Its been a roller coaster at times
But these storms are nothing I can't handle
These storms are just a part of life I have to face
