There Will Be Another Sunrise Ii

There Will Be Another Sunrise

With words that breathe
you brought me back to life,
I was alone and lost,
my life filled with strife.
You smiled and reached for
My hand
You spoke of God's love and
Faith,
And a little grain of sand.
You spoke softly about the sunrise
and the blessed morning dew,
You told me of sunsets and
the wonders in our sky of blue.
Look within, you told me,
In the image of the creator I
Had been born,
I was truly, a rose in his eyes and not a simple
Useless thorn.
My heart began race again,
Your words breathed within me a song,
A melody rendering hope and peace,
My heart was once again beating strong
I knew my days filled with woe and strife
Had ceased.
I promise to live forever more within the circle
Of God's caring,
Your gentle words that breathe, every day,
With some other lost soul, I'll be sharing.
