There Have Been A Quarrel



There have been
a quarrel in our
neighbor's house
just lately, tonight.
there have been
verbal clash, unkind
words throwing - exchanging.
Children were crying - shouting.
there have been sloshing
door slamming - banging.
utensils ringing - breaking
yet now,
lights were turned off
stillness ruled,
seems nothing has
earlier occurred.
