Theft Of Time Poem by Kelvin Owusu

Theft Of Time

Rating: 5.0

To have the strength
The power to go back
To turn back the hands of time

Oh Father Time
Would you grant me my dying wish?
Oh Father Time
Do not forsake me
For what was stolen, take me
So I may retrieve

My loving wife
Father has been unkind
Precious moments stolen
In his signature he has signed

Why am I deemed unworthy
To turn the hands of time?
All I want is to take back
what was rightfully mine

Oh Father, I beg of thee
