The Youth And I

Through this haze
And clouds i gaze
Longing for thy hold
Dancing like fireflies
Before my eyes
Flying farther
Farther away
Stars and skies seem to flee
The burning sun
Smiles at me
Tearing all but one apart.

I am Fire
Raging like an inferno
Collapsing into shadows
I wish to be Sea
Gleaming and cool
Even in the sun
Flowing through turbulence
Creating no imbalance.
Through this haze
And clouds i gaze
Reaching for the blaze.
