The World Poem by Lily Law

The World

Rating: 5.0

When I open my eyes,
I see a bright sun,
Framed by the snowy clouds,
Shinning merrily above me,
Beaming me its warmness,
Shoving all the fear and terror,
And welcome all the happiness around.

When I walk up the little hill,
I feel a gentle breeze,
Riding beside me,
Tickling my sense,
Juggling my hair,
And protect me from any harm or haste.

When I open up my heart,
I saw a magnificent rainbow,
Dazzling across the blue sky,
Skipping through the white clouds,
Messing with the great silver sun,
Soothing the memerized mother nature,
And bringing all the joy and laughter to the world.

But when the princess of night finally come out to play,
I will lie awake on the fluffy green grass,
Waiting for the glimpse of the magical shooting star,
To make one little wish,
To wish that the world will stay as beautiful as ever,
To wish that the world will stay as peaceful as ever.
