Reading the lives of really great men,
Well seen is the truth and the truth I speak,
Behind every successful man is a woman,
No one shall ask what else there might be

Great men in the arms of time and space,
Are into too much more than they can seek,
Going through hate and rejection in a million ways,
Which is too much more than the world can see

I am not a great man but I,
Reading the lives of the greatest see,
Life is full of passers-by,
But there's some lady who'd always be,

By your side when troubles come,
And fight the hurt until there's none,
Many a women I have seen,
But none like the sister you were to me
