The Winter Poem by Sumit Ganguly

The Winter

Sand and pebbles of city driveway
Said, 'What a shivering night it is'!
They pulled down the porous sky and wrapped them up.

'Winter day is like the incense smoke
Let's go out and enjoy it',
Said- helmet, gloves, coat and ski shoes.

The monarch of the season is rough and tough
He roams on a horse with whip in hand.
One of his eyes is full of dew and the other has a sparkling diamond.
