The Wind Poem by Abdul Wahab

The Wind

Rating: 5.0

With a whisper
And a call
Unuttered
You forget
All the evil deeds
Of the past
And blow out
My senses with all your love

I am a child again
New born and innocent

Your touch
I inhale
Wonder
The fragrance
I feel
Blow out sorrow and pain
In the magical tides
of the ocean,
the murmur sound
of freedom
I heard
In the wings of an un -caged bird

delight of the high cliff
And longing song
of deep desert
for the rain
I drink
With an eye of cactus

The taste
Of freshness
I sight
With a sigh of relief
When you whip
The mad dog
The headache of the want
