The Vampire's Desire Poem by Janelle Morehart

The Vampire's Desire

The Vampire's Desire

There was a place
I called my home
No more, no more
There was a face I longed to know
No more, no more
There was a time I once knew
No more, no more
There was a person I called my own
No more, no more
Fate has been cruel to me
Destiny I know no more
This bloodlust is unreal to me
I must have more
There once was a village
In where I was born and raised
There once was this village
It is no longer my home
