The Truth Behind Those Eyes



The truth is buried deep
Deep inside those eyes
Buried secrets do they keep
Buried beneath forgotten lies

Lies told so many times
Making truth long since forgotten
But the corpse of ancient crimes
In the mind has never rotten

The truth is buried deep
Deep behind those eyes
But into the mind it seeps
Slowly cracking all the lies
