The Time Has Come



Time has come for me to forgive you
I do, believe me I do
This grudge was held too long
Months wasted
Devastated
Wishing, praying
You’d come back
Acceptance arrived
To relieve this heavy burden
That’s been on my heart
For far too long
Take to heart, my dear friend
I will never forget you
Till the very end
You will be in my heart.
