The Sugar Eaters Poem by Jinge Norvall

The Sugar Eaters

Wet fingers
pressed down
into crystals gold and sweet...
Blue eyed Max and brown eyed Dan
with crystals on their cheeks...
A glimmer of mischief
A naughty gleam,
The fleeing sound
of feet...
Daniel and Max -
caught again! ...
Mahaque's sugar thieves!
