Just one more thought, saint and beast fight for victory within our conscience which is not part of our subconscious self, it is more a part of our mind that is aware of our surrounding environment, thoughts and feelings. Subconsciousness is where we keep our minds free from the opinions of others, it's where we hold our truths and knowing of ourselves. A truly beautiful treasure hidden within each of us throughout life. Writing often of it and it's sublime properties of imagination, reality, ingenuity, wisdom and intellect. They are all intertwined and feed off of one another peacefully. I find it fascinating, the key to inner dimensions and universes, love traveling through my subconscious mind, can never get enough of it! Curiosity takes me into it's depths constantly, teaching many ways of attaining the impossible. Just love it! Your poem resonates in my mind, thank you for sharing it. RoseAnn

Instinct is part of our subconscious and the saint and the beast is fighting for victory in the decisions we make, it is always a struggle to to make the right decision as the beast is always lurking to trip us up, we have to make mistakes to learn to know right from wrong and to learn from it and grow into caring, kind and compassionate people! A very thought provoking and a beautifully written poem!
