The State Of My Tomb Poem by Chukwuma Adione

The State Of My Tomb

Rating: 5.0

The state of my tomb is always empty
if you look even closely i am never there
though i died once i never stayed dead
the tomb of my pain is empty
the tomb of my sorrow is empty
once i woke up i remain alive
from age to age no tomb can keep me in.

This poem is well thought out, It tells a lot. When they say a poem speaks, I refer to 'The state of my tomb'
