The Stars So Bright Poem by Glenn Boeckx

The Stars So Bright

Rating: 5.0

Walking down the road,
side by side,
Bound by the hope,
of the good things in life.

Running across the field,
we feel so alive,
By seeing the rich crops the earth yield,
we know hope is not in spite,
We climb the mountain,
and reach for the top,
Even despite the rain we won't give up,

When the conquest of the mountain is won,
and we see the stars so bright,
We say ' We long',
for Light in Menkind's heart.

Very soulful feeling in your words, giving an incandescent light to your meaning. Hopefully it will extend to all of mankind and be placed in each individual heart along the way. Your poem takes the first step to this emboldened hope of all the good things in life. Great poem! Thank you for sharing, RoseAnn
