The Soul-ar Eclipse

A house, a car, as nice and expensive
A focus on things, so fixed and intensive
The morals are gone, the ego is lying

millions dollar in cash, mansion reach the clouds, beauty queens on row; will not satisfied human greed. There are more to get and become theirs; no words of Thanks Allah (Alhamdullillah) but more sins will be done by them.
this is the reality since i understand what is modern life all about. power, money, sex, betrayal, lies and all devilish act shall become man character once the Most Gracious Allah give them what they want.Too little to say and pray for Allah forgivesness.
    excellent. (Report) Reply

Saying much, very good title of the poem and a lovely affinity to rhyming, which is quite rare lately - this makes me think that there is some eclipse of the good old rhyme ;) in the contemporary poetry... (Report) Reply

A very lovely poem with pathos for modern deteriorating values which obscure our real self.
You are very good in spicing up your poems with simplicity of emotions. Thanks for sharing. (Report) Reply

Prayer with heart and prayer with mind,
Acts without strife, and randomly kind
Are the way of the good ones, the way of the wise
Our world and our lives are meant to be nice.. Neatly written with utter care liked the ending lines very much keep on writing ur doing a great job... (Report) Reply

A little while a little love
The hour yet bears for thee and me

Thou merely, at the day's last sigh,
