The Silhouette Poem by Kyden Wilson

The Silhouette

Rating: 5.0

The Light pours in
As a florescent brilliance
While the Silhouette sits patiently
Waiting for the impossible
The glass tease of a foreign world
Is the passage of radiant freedom
Liberty shivers across the skin
Entangled in the captivity of a timeless cage
The untainted canvas begins to bleed
As the shadows burst forth
Agony pollutes the air while
Undisputed darkness dictates
Isolation suffocates each breath
Left alone
Forsaken
Abandoned
