The Signature Poem by Maria Makeski

The Signature

..consists of several italic letters
Which equal to your name
Written on an unworthy piece of paper
Creatively presenting the craft
Of one worthy man with social status
Then given to a woman
Who thinks one signature is worth for
Seeing your beautiful eyes
She runs to the main doors
Of the theatre
And gives up before entering
Maybe that signature isn’t worth
For getting your false warm attitude in return,
Lord, give me strength...
