The Semblance Of Absence Poem by Abdul Wahab

Any one is there to tell me
how to drop or how to carry
as the clouds drop the rain
or the wind carries the cloud
something is here which I have
not got ever, yet I feel the weight
and have its shadow pouring down
like rain from the bursting cloud
and without wind it creates a storm
in absence it emits some sweet fragrance
though the trees are motionless and
obedient is the heaven yet I do not know
how to drop or how to carry the boisterous
presence coming from its semblance
