The Sea Shell Poem by Lianah Quero

The Sea Shell

Lift to your ear
The gleaming wave washed shell
Its song may tell
Of mermaids and their king.

And fishes that can sing
There's a scary shark
which surely cannot bark
And there's a throne.

That's made of stone
It's as dark as night
That has dim light
But, I really wish there was bright light.
