The Rhythm
Rema Prasanna
Rhythm of your heartbeat was
the first melody I ever heard
from deep within on a comfort zone
I could sense the passion of that rhythm
so kind and so gentle
it surrounded me, draped me
like a caring embrace
a genuine tender perception
on which my life pulsated
I now know the rhythm of that
heartbeat is in me too as the most
precious rhythm bestowed from
one most caring heart,
most loving heart
Mother! I owe you my life for
that special rhythm…….

Yes, this rhythm is said to pulsate throughout our life, consciously or unconsciously we attach external and internal music to it, the beats follow this rhythm….well composed with the physiological as well as emotional insight….
