Yes, puppet has and puppet should have a vision to follow the instruction of the Master behind. World-wide it's happening everywhere. Sometimes the disguise of the puppet needs extra look to find out the thread behind their dance, then finger comes to light gradually, then thunder howling abrupt one day at the cross-road........Subject has been used many times in poetry of different languages but the angle of projection seems to be new here. First line perhaps the intellectual aspect of writing again. (Report) Reply

This is a beautiful and thought-provoking poem. The lines are filled with meaty content for reader interpretation and the writing is masterfully done. 10+++ (Report) Reply

Poem of the Day

poet Henry David Thoreau

My books I'd fain cast off, I cannot read,
'Twixt every page my thoughts go stray at large
Down in the meadow, where is richer feed,
And will not mind to hit their proper targe.
