Once again for years to come

It has been so long since we've been
A piece of my mind did never leave
My memories betray my obsession
They've become jaded and it's a lesson
...

The only place I see myself as one is in a mirror.
I am blended, parsed and rendered
And all the layers are projected into a single image
But images do not include voices
...

It's already here
Another night the same thing is crawling near
It waits for me in my bed
Grabs hold of me beneath my sheets
...

It's either something brand new
Or that thing old as the very nature
Am I alone the sole witness
Is this a choice of nurture
...

It's dark again
Lost the sense of being
Where is the light
I truly hate not seeing
...

Words.
Painting the picture.
Flow.
A river gushing through a fissure.
...

Freedom oh freedom,
I lust for you continually
Like a broken record,
On yearning stuck perpetually
...

I drink nightmares and gulp down chaos
Bathed in acid, in dissolution
Nightmares become me
Chaos spans me to all directions
...

Blind is the guardian
Blind is the maid
Blind are the horses
That carry my name
