The Personality Of God Poem by Uriah Hamilton

The Personality Of God

Rating: 5.0

Watching slow lazy traffic
Serene Church Sunday afternoon
In the soft and dreamy sunlight,
My mind drifts like a kite
Into happy memories
When my heart was child-like
With saint-like thoughts
Inspiring my prayer-tinged breaths.

It’s magical to meet strangers
On whatever paths they currently tread,
Tragically sad or ecstatically joyous,
And wish them Godspeed
And a lifetime of divine kindness.

Every soul is a piece to the puzzle
Of eternity’s mystical plan:
The more people we greet
In a genuine and spiritual way,
The closer we realize
The personality of God.

A charming word painting of a Sunday afternoon. The Lord's day expressed with genuine inspiration. Ten from me. Warmest regards, Sandra
