The Pearl Inside
So suffer people are now,
from what we call proud and such,
seeking for peace when they are down,
from outside in the world of lust.
For pride and power they compete,
yet at last they come to seek,
for tranquility from the world,
and they never realize that the pearl
existing inside them will bring their true happiness.
