The Pause...~ Poem by Theodora (Theo) Onken

The Pause...~

Rating: 4.9

Never have i known a day so bleak
Nor one filled with forlorn and woes
Filled to overflow with unending sorrows
As this one branded deep to the marrow by my foes;

No glory, no glamour, nor grandiosity
No joy, no compassion, nor care
Just a vicious-cold-blooded-barbarian
Dealing out his once continual unfair;

He's called for just: 'A Pause' at another cafe
Using yet another Chris-tian name
His obeying sheep- taught not to weep
Continue to follow this madman's game;

Almost swallowed up by him, i truly was
Smothering my breath and utterly confined
For he HAS traveled the alleys of my home and life
Nearly controlling my uneasy mind;

Obsessive-delusional-multiple AKA man
This day i declare outright war on thee
My family is in dire need of some peace of mind
We cannot obtain it while you remain free;

The Verdict~

Your guilty of stalking...
Guilty of lacing food and water
You are guilty of multiple conspiracies
You are also guilty of leading your sheep to slaughter!

Colleen, thank you for taking the time to read this; Yes, having to live this way is a nightmare no one should ever go through. Hard to believe that these things actually do go on but they do. My wish that NO ONE else ever has to go through anything like this.Oh, the levels you go through to make your home secure...expensive-and our homes are supposed to be our castles...i often wonder if the shoe was on the other foot how they would feel! Enough about my mess.Just wanted to say that i love your poetry and plan on reading more. Again, thank you!
