The Path Of Wisdom Poem by Talmadge Rogalla

The Path Of Wisdom

All life's pain will make one ache,
Just as ones life is at stake,
Some things are quite clear,
Ones life is controlled through guilt and fear.
Sometimes life is a mish mash jumble,
Which makes one moan and grumble,
But then one is told something quite odd,
That one can only be saved through ones faith in God.
Since ones youth one is deceived,
By the multitudes of gods one believed.
Ones heart should lie with the God of Mother Earth,
Who nurtured us since the day of our birth.
Let us be merciful, compassionate, empathetic and kind,
Performing good deeds with purity of mind.
Isn't it a worthwhile deed,
To help the ones who are in need.
Let us live our life to our last,
And find life through good deeds of our past.
