The past is past
It must erode fast
There is no logic
To quote often in public

You might have been rich enough
Or holding vast empire to laugh with
But that is past golden memory
Never feel happy or feel sorry

The present time holds good
It must be naturally understood
What we are today?
It is more important anyway

Past years actions too
Should not invite any reaction
It might have been the need of the time
It must be forgotten now for all times

Let it not rust also
But hold its position with trust
What you did was urgency of that time
It may not hold ground in present time
