The Page Is Lying Alone Poem by ANJANDEV ROY

The Page Is Lying Alone

Rating: 5.0

The page is lying on the floor,
It is pale and sore,
it has committed the vital offence
By denying an unanimous decision;
Evidently it has been punished to live alone by its friends.

Later it understands and feels sorry for its misdeed,
The friends too pardon its wrong deed,
Then it goes back to live with the friends;
Alas! it can not match its mates.
