The Outcast Poem by Maverick Jones

The Outcast

To all people who listen to the same songs because the verses mean the world to them,
all they want to do is blend in,
and not be bullied and to have real friends.
To all the people who cry themselves to sleep at night because someone stuck gum in there air,
they raced to the bathroom door gasping for air,
slamming the door closed and pretending to be else where.
They mentally drift further out into the endless sea,
pushing them close to the fruit tree.
They take one bite allowing there emotions to run free.
Because they are going to the place where we are all children and finally have peace at last.
