The Old Me



Some times I wonder what happened to the old me
Then I remember I changed for you
The old me wouldn't take a lot from you
I walk away knowing the old me is still in me
I know how harsh and mean I can be
And I would never want to hurt you
Like you hurt me
The old me would be making everyone happy
Not just you
Things have changed
The old me is gone
I've learned to except that
For the love I have for you
That will never change
So I shall change and keep changing
Till there is no old me left
Even though that was the girl
I thought you feel in love with
