The Necklace

she wears the necklace
everyday close to her heart
just as you are
always playing with it
even when she doesnt realize she does
she just cant help it
the thoughts of you run through her mind
as they do
her fingers run across the necklace
holding it tight
wishing it was you she was holding
but for now this necklace must do
