The Miracle Of Spring Poem by Theresa Ann Moore

The Miracle Of Spring

After winter’s thaw, life magically resumes
At first just a small swell, then a big burst
Suddenly the glorious sway has fragrant blooms
Apple blossoms satisfy the buzzing bee’s thirst

At first just a small swell, then a big burst
A delightful feast for eyes and olfactory senses
Apple blossoms satisfy the buzzing bee’s thirst
A smell of sweetness is carried in the fragrance

A delightful feast for eyes and olfactory senses
The warmth of spring brings glowing brightness
A smell of sweetness is carried in the fragrance
All living forms awakened from lapsing darkness

The warmth of spring brings glowing brightness
Like the smile a baby brings when born headfirst
All living forms awakened from lapsing darkness
A breath of color comes forth as though rehearsed

Like the smile a baby brings when born headfirst
Suddenly the glorious sway has fragrant blooms
A breath of color comes forth as though rehearsed
After winter’s thaw, life magically resumes
