The Magic Pearl Poem by David Darbyshire

The Magic Pearl

Rating: 5.0

In the south Pasific
were it's very Romantic
And the Sun Sets with conviction
into a blue sea of passion

The Pearls lie deep
as if a-sleep
they are survivors
hiding from the divers

In one special clam
to which a diver swam
was a magic Pearl
For this lovely Girl

no one knew the pearl had powers
even to restore dead flowers
or to give someone empower
on any hour.............and any Day

The little girl, rubbed the Pearl
and wished for her True Prince to come
He came beautiful he was, with eye's of blue, red hair. and a curl
The he whisked her up, and all his Love came out in a whirl

The Magic pearl
is for every Girl
all your dreams will come true
loving, heavenly, ones for you

Now she has a necklace
full of magic pearls
she rubs them everyday
and the love still swirls
