The Love Of My Youth Is Still The Love Of My Life. Poem by Royston Allen

The Love Of My Youth Is Still The Love Of My Life.

The love of my youth is still the love of my life.
and for forty five years my adorable wife
has been faithful to me throughout those years.
Through the rough and the smooth, the joy and the tears.

Written after reading Proverbs 5 this morning (19/05/2012)

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Proverbs 5: 18-19
May your fountain be blessed,
and may you rejoice in the wife of your youth.
A loving doe, a graceful deer -
may her breasts satisfy you always,
may you ever be intoxicated with her love.

COMMENTS OF THE POEM

What a lovely declaration! Roystan Sir, I would like to ask you a question, but I do not want MY mood to be spoiled..... This poem is nicer than the other religious declarations! !
