The Lost Angel
A new girl child born,
More sweeter than a sweet corn.
In future she could have been a boon,
If she didn't have left so soon..
What an agony that now she is late,
Why she was born if this was her fate.
She was her mother's dire need,
And now it is very painful indeed..
Her birth brought a joy,
So sweet just like a toy.
But she didn't live more than a day,
And couldn't feel a single sun ray..
All that moments were not a bed of rose,
Sea of tears came when her life lose.
Everyone expected her to wake,
But she was still, just like a lake..
For her death no one is to be blamed,
She was an angel that was claimed.
Let her soul stay in rest,
And keep her memories as treasure-chest....
