The Little Things Poem by Aplier Hao

The Little Things

We always miss,
The little things.
Those which make the,
Happy bell ring.

Could be a friend,
Could be a fan.
Could be someone,
You wont see again.

Could be a game,
Or a good time.
Could be something,
Truly divine.

Could be the touch,
Of someone loved.
Could be a kiss,
Or just a hug.

Even a poke,
Will do one good.
Or say hello,
Brighten their mood.

To ignore is one thing,
To avoid, another.
Or you could embrace me,
As if you were my mother.

Doesn't have to be good,
Maybe it's bad.
But the point is,
You shouldnt get mad.

There are some things in our lives, be they little or big, that can both cause problems and fix them. There are things we love but can't have, and things we hate but must have. The key to life is learning to live with or without those things, no matter how important they may seem. Unfortunately, I never learned that, ;) .

We always miss,
The little things.
The good or bad,
The bad or good.

You never know,
How much you have,
Until it's gone.
