The Life Of A Hummingbird Poem by Christy Stone

The Life Of A Hummingbird

Rating: 3.0

Look up in the sky
Don't You wish you could fly
To be like a hummingbird
Just to follow your herd
To smell just about every flower
To never have to take a shower
You would be able to climb all the trees
maybe even sing to the bees
You could be higher than a shark
and watch the children in the park
To feel the wind everyday
To let your feet rest on the sea shore bay
If I were a hummingbird I could go through a mouse hole
and never have to do school
I could watch all the animals flee
and know that I am free

If I were a hummingbird I could go through a mouse hole and never have to do school I could watch all the animals flee and know that I am free ... the sense of freedom that we all love and the oneness with the nature. it is just soo fine. thank you.
