The Kid In Science Class Poem by Elle Jay E..

The Kid In Science Class

I didnt think you knew me.
But your eyes decieved the truth.
You're a good kid.
But you're an awful big goof.
You joke around alot.
And make them all mad.
But I can see past, the faces and your dad.
He got his third DUI.
Looks like hes in alot of trouble you see.
But you act like nothings wrong.
You still smile and act happy.
You're feeling pain inside I know.
But you wont admit it to the show.
The hopes all gone with the money drained.
Your mind is tainted with the growing pain.
Once you looked right at me and said.
No one loves you and you want to be dead.
I didnt expect it.
You trust me so much.
I didnt expect you to turn to dust.
You play like your happy but you're dying inside.
You act like your smiling but you're crying inside.
Your jokes cover up the sadness and shame.
Your eyes hide the story to blame.
I dont know your mom.
I dont know where shes at.
You dont feel loved.
And I dont know what to say to that.
Im sorry you feel that way.
Just believe in you.
Cause its good to be happy too.
