The Inner Solitude Poem by Neela Nath Das

The Inner Solitude

Rating: 5.0

I'm not very near but
Not very far atleast.
Our distance has soaked
Us with the rain of
Inevitable circumference.
Reaching on the point
Of half circular end,
Amazed I find all the
Roads around end
Before You exceeding time,
Place and all material actions.
I'm still holding the same
Flower once gifted by you.
I'm now sleeping in your
Inner solitude!

Would God be the opposite of inner solitude? But inclusive too?

I'm now sleeping in your inner solitude. Outstanding metaphor, one of the best I have ever read. The whole poem is outstanding, it encircles, it seems a whole multitude of circumstances and feelings now past. The whole poem creates and projects the sad feeling of ending and solitude, very hard to attain with such few lines or even with pages for these are very personal experiences. Only master poets are able to do this! Congratulations, dear Neela you have made the practically impossible, possible.

Amazed I find all the Roads around end That's the abstract truth that we don't realize. A great poem.
