The Icon Of Work Place!
Is mockery, a way to train freshers:
Or is the sole art to showcase hierarchy?
Know not! What so ever it may be;
It staggers the growth of a trainee.
Let their yardstick be themselvs
To feel the pain of the trainee's frustration.
Need not a word of compliment:
But just a pat; to get rid of stress.
Would surely boost up!

A novice or trainee entering work for the first time will be under a lot of apprehensions! A good boss or manager should be able to understand his employee! Gentle correction and occasional pat can pep up the confidence of the employee and enhance his productivity! A poem of great psychological appeal!
