The House Poem by Rebecca Hall

The House

Rating: 5.0

No one hears the pain
That goes on in 'The House'

The girl goes home
The yelling and screaming
Contines every night

No one hears the pain
That goes on in 'The House'

The little boy gets home
Sits on his bed
Letting his mom hit him
Because he has no courage to fight back

He goes to school the next day
They ask what happened
They will never find out
Until its to late

He was taught from his mom
To lie at a young age

No one hears the pain
That goes on in 'The House'

The screams
The yelling
The bones breaking
The sounds of wails

Are all very clear now.
