The Grace Of Moonlight

Rating: 4.8

Silvery light shone across the water,
And stars littered the sky.
But among them was a singular,
Particular orb, so high in the sky.
Its light shone out,
Its beauty would make you sigh.
As you come about,
The serene feast of the eyes,
The light diminished.
Its grace is once more forbidden.

A nice poem well penned to portray the calm and beauty of the moonlight. Lovely. Thanks for sharing. Please read my poem MANDELA - THE IMMORTAL ICON.
