The Gold Petal Poem by Lorraine Margueritte Gasrel Black

The Gold Petal

Rating: 5.0

Love's divine truth
eccentric as the wind
It's budding flower
dressed in dew
Light memories etched
a finality to our hearts
as the Angel's arrow
pierced our passing day
its dust settled
as emeralds and dreams
love's golden hue
never to blossom
I bid ''Adieu.''

C'est manifique et tres beau. J'aime beaucoup, 'eccentric as the wind' and 'the Angel's arrow/ pierced our passing day. C'est tres original. Merci bien. I like the way you use nature's images and create a dreamy sensation through which the words 'eccentric, etched' and 'pierced' punch through. Very well done.
