The Girl That No One Can See Poem by Kailey Marie Abbott

The Girl That No One Can See

When I walk by I don’t see you looking I don’t see you noticing.
When you walk by I look, I stop, I smile to myself.
I feel like I don’t exist around you and yet I feel like I’m the center of attention.
I wish to you I wasn’t the girl that no one can see.
To see true love on one side and haze on the other.
I wish I was more to you than the girl that no one can see
the one that trips in class and everyone laughs.
the one that no one talks to at lunch.
The girl that just sits there and daydreams not realizing she’s looking at you.
Being invisible.
Wish they could see, wish you could see
I am the girl that no one can see
the one that is looked over, forgotten.
Around her a thick layer of haze
I guess to everyone i'll always be the girl that no one can see.
The girl that has her name forgotten
Aroung her a thick layer of haze hiding her true self
The girl that trys to find a shimmering light in the dark
But they dont know the girl that no one can see
she is kind, warm, and funny
she is down to earth and accepting
she needs love like she needs air
I am the girl that no one can see
and i wish i wasn't

Things change in life. A little prayer to GOD don't hurt and can open doors.
