The Girl That Hid It All



She walks the streets of pain and misery
she swallows the pills labeled lies and hatred
she pretends not to see, not to feel
she walks the street with the dagger in her heart the hurt in the chest and the confusion in the mind.

she watches the street around her light up in flames the same street that she once called home.she walks through the flames numb to the blaze,
911 recesitate
no response, and she prays that she won't have to breathe again
